This coaching contract is made and effective between me, Kim Izaguirre-Merlos, Certified Coach, and you.

We agree to meeting the ethical guidelines and professional standards of coaching, applying them appropriately in all situations. And are bound by the ICF Code of Ethics, which requires us to accurately represent our qualifications, expertise, experience, training, certifications and ICF Credentials.
